Please allow up to 14 working days for your item to be dispatched (weekends don't count). Every single item is hand printed and made to order and this takes time - but it's definitely worth the wait! We don't hold any stock, as it's more eco friendly this way.
All items are sent via Royal Mail.
Due to each item being made to order, we do not accept returns. This is why we provide detailed measurements on the 'sizing' page, and on each individual product page so you can carefully check that your item will fit. In the event that your item is faulty, then you may of course return it within 14 days, and store credit will be given - just get in touch via the contact page or send an email to email@example.com
We understand that it can be tricky to know what size to go for when buying online. So head over to our 'sizing' page for a detailed overview - then grab your tape and get measuring, and place an order in the right size! Remember, it's all about the measuring tape! We have also included detailed measurements on each individual product page.

**Please note that our designs are printed using eco friendly inks which are water based. When you receive your order it may smell like 'vinegar' - this is totally normal! Just turn it inside out, and pop it in the wash, and hey presto, it will come out smelling as fresh as a daisy!**
